One-to-one lessons in Bristol & Bath

​Our boxing for fitness coaches use a structured and documented approach to teaching from beginner to advanced levels

Lessons in Bristol & Bath

Lesson Structure:

    ​

    Round 1: Warm up

    Round 2: Footwork

    Round 3: Static defence

    Round 4: Straight punches

    Round 5: Hooks, uppercuts and body shots

    Round 6: Dynamic defence

    Round 7: Combinations

    Round 8: Counterpunching

    Round 9: Shadowboxing

    Round 10: Cool down

    Each round is 3 minutes long with an interval of 1 minute between each round. There will be a few minutes before and after the lesson to ask questions and get feedback on your progress.
